Today everyone have a smart phone.BUT its big problem is low data storage capacity.It can be extended by using sd cards (memory cards)but they are costly.
what about using your own pc and laptop to extend the storage.
this article is not about increasing storage capacity of android.It tells you about using your hard disk with your phone using wifi.
THINGS NEEDED :-
1.ES FILE EXPLORER on android (you can get it's latest version on play store).
2.A WIFI ROUTER/HOTSPOT/ADAPTER.
3.A PC/LAPTOP
4.Brain.exe(you already have it)
STEPS TO FOLLOW:-
1.Download and install ES FILE EXPLORER from play store (if not done yet).
2.Connect your pc/laptop and android to same wifi network.
3.on your pc go to the file/folder/local disc you want to share with android.
4.Right click on it go to properties > sharing > advance sharing > check the box..share this folder > Click OK.
5.go to es file explorer on android go to Menu > Network > LAN.
6.there you will see a LAN connection named as 192.168.xx.xx(its your pc's wifi ip).
7.Click on it you will see a window opened.uncheck "aonymous" box.and fill in the username and password of your pc/laptop.
8.Click OK . It's all DONE.you can now access your shared folders from android.
